With more than 30 years of coaching, scouting, player evaluation, and athlete development experience, I have dedicated my career to helping hockey players reach their full potential—both on and off the ice. My background includes coaching at AAA, AA, Junior A, Junior C, and development levels, as well as scouting across the OMHA, ALLIANCE, GTHL, OJHL, and Junior hockey ranks. I’ve been fortunate to work with and guide players who have gone on to compete in the NHL, AHL, OHL, OUA, Junior A,B and C.

As a former junior player, head scout, long-time coach, current Head Coach of the U18 AA Kitchener Jr Rangers and development instructor, I understand the pressures young athletes face and the importance of strong guidance, honest feedback, and clear development planning. My approach is built on communication, professionalism, and a deep commitment to helping each player grow in the areas of skill, hockey IQ, mindset, preparation, and character.

I believe that a team-first mentality and a well-structured development plan are essential for long-term success. I work closely with players and families to provide unbiased evaluations, individualized development strategies, recruiting support, and honest advice that puts the athlete’s best interest first.

Whether a player is preparing for junior opportunities, aiming to break into AAA, or simply looking to elevate their game, my goal is to provide the knowledge, experience, and support needed to navigate the hockey landscape with confidence.
