Coach Dudge

Ryan Dudgeon brings decades of hockey experience as a player, leader, and mentor to his role as Director of Player Development. Growing up in Port Elgin, Ont., Ryan developed a strong foundation in competitive hockey, excelling at AAA levels and earning recognition for his skill, hockey IQ, and leadership.

He went on to play Junior B hockey with the Owen Sound Greys, where he was a top scorer and named Ontario Junior B Player of the Year.

Ryan continued his journey at the NCAA Division I level with Northeastern University, competing against elite collegiate talent. He also gained international experience playing professionally in the Netherlands and Germany, before returning to Canada to play multiple seasons in senior hockey with the Lucknow Lancers, Saugeen Shores Winterhawks, and Ripley Wolves.

Transitioning from player to mentor, Ryan now dedicates himself to helping athletes navigate the modern hockey pathway.

He provides personalized development plans, skill refinement, and guidance for players advancing from youth hockey to AAA, Junior, and collegiate levels. Known for his player-first approach, Ryan emphasizes accountability, structured development, and preparation both on and off the ice, ensuring every athlete has the tools and confidence to reach their full potential.
